GearCAD DEMO is a fully functional program - the only limitation
is that the input range for the number of teeth in gears is
severely reduced and results of calculations in some popup windows
cannot be inserted into the main module. |

GearCAD
will run under under Windows 98 SE, ME, 2000,XP or NT. It requires
5 megabytes of disk space and standard VGA card. When running
under Windows, GearCAD should run in full screen mode, as the
speed of calculations & graphics is considerably slower when
running in a Windows DOS Box or may not run at all.

2000, XP, NT, Vista, Windows 7. Will run in 8 bit (256 colour) video mode, however 16 bit
or higher is highly recommended. RAM - 64Mb recommended.

1.) Create a new temporary folder anywhere on your hard
disk. Download GCAD370D.ZIP into that folder.
2.) In the Windows Explorer select the folder and double-click
GCAD370D.ZIP to extract the compressed files
required for installation.
3.) Run the resulting SETUP.EXE to install. The default GearCAD
install folder is "C:\Program Files\GCADDEMO".
4.) To run the GearCAD DEMO, click START=>ALL PROGRAMS=>GEARSOFT DESIGN =>GEARCAD DEMO
5.) You can delete the temporary folder after GearCAD has been successfully installed.
Before installing GearCAD DEMO, please read the Install Guide included in the distribution ZIP file for important information.

1.) Create a new temporary folder anywhere on your hard
disk. Download PROXPT40D.ZIP into that folder.
2.)
In the Windows Explorer select that folder and double-click
PROXPT400D.ZIP to extract the compressed files
required for installation.
3.)
Run the resulting SETUP.EXE & follow the
on-screen instructions.
4.) To run the ProXpt DEMO program, click START=>ALL PROGRAMS=>GEARSOFT DESIGN=>PROXPT
DEMO or click the PROXPT DEMO icon on your
desktop.
5.) Please read ProXpt_UserGuide.pdf located in the DOC folder under ProXpt DEMO install folder.
6.) You can delete the temporary folder after ProXpt
has been successfully installed. |
