Reproduction or resale of any plans sold to you, either in whole or in part, without written permission is strictly prohibited. Reproduction includes any form of copying and/or preparation of derivitave work for any reason. The purchase of a set of house plans includes a limited license for the construction of ONE house only and this licence applies to the original purchaser only.
Copyright and licence of house plans for construction is designed to protect both the designer and the purchaser. Copyright infringement is a punishable offence under Australian copyright law.
If you require additional sets of plans after your original purchase, you can purchase these plans for the scheduled fee up to 60 days after your original purchase date. If you wish to order additional sets after 60 days, it would be treated as a new order.
