To encourage new writers, we offer a twice yearly Short Story Competition, and a forum to discuss all things writing.

Our Shortlist authors have each received a free double pass to the movie "The Road".
The Road is the long anticipated adaptation of the bestselling novel by acclaimed author Cormac McCarthy. Starring Viggo Mortensen and our own Kodi Smit-McPhee, under the direction of Australian director John Hillcoat, with a soundtrack supplied by the brilliant Nick Cave & Warren Ellis, this film is a synergy of moving storytelling and exhilarating cinema.
