A story of a Lawyer gifted with all the cases of a murdered collegue, and a big ticket client used to getting his own way.
I kept waiting for some action, but by 3/4 through realised I wasn't getting any. Readable enough, but not something you can't put down. I get the impression there was character development in there somewhere, but it was corny and awkward and seemed like an afterthought to increase the page count.
Sorry Michael. Maybe I was cranky.
