  • Achieved the definition of requirements for an extranet and document management system, the core functions of a new co-operative procurement consortium. Headed 2 (of 6) workstreams within the Technology and Business Process group to achieve this
Project Manager - Content Management, eBusiness - (Orange)
1999 - 2000
  • Led content management requirements capture project. Outcome was a detailed definition of requirements from which a multi-channel portal was developed - a forerunner of todays' "Orange World". Managed selection of a Content Management System (selecting Open Market ahead of Vignette, Broadvision, Interwoven). Sufficient confidence levels attained amongst the client's stakeholders by the substantiated selection report to warrant the purchase of the recommended product and to invest in its implementation.
